Welcome to RIZZerv. RIZZerv is a technology platform that enables users to discover, book, and pay for beauty, wellness, and grooming services offered by independent salons, spas, clinics, and service professionals ("Service Providers").

By accessing or using the RIZZerv mobile application, website, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use the RIZZerv Platform, you must:

• › Be at least 18 years of age
• › Provide accurate and complete registration details
• › Use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Nature of the Platform

RIZZerv acts solely as a marketplace and booking facilitator. We are not a beauty or wellness service provider.

All services are delivered solely by independent Service Providers.

3. User Account

When creating and using your account, you agree to:

• › Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information
• › Not create multiple or fraudulent accounts
• › Not misuse referral or promotional benefits
• › Take responsibility for all activity conducted under your account

RIZZerv reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms or engaged in misuse.

• › Prices are set independently by each Service Provider
• › Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• › Applicable taxes and platform convenience fees may be added at checkout
• › Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways

By paying through the Platform, you authorise RIZZerv to collect and remit funds on behalf of the Service Provider.

7. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a confirmed appointment:

• › Repeat no-shows may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

This policy exists to protect Service Providers’ time and livelihood.

8. Health & Safety Responsibility

Prior to booking services, you agree to:

• › Disclose any relevant allergies or medical conditions to your service provider
• › Consult a qualified professional where required before undergoing any treatment
• › Follow all health and safety instructions provided by the Service Provider

RIZZerv is not responsible for adverse medical reactions or outcomes resulting from services provided by third-party Service Providers.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• › Behave abusively or disrespectfully toward Service Providers or RIZZerv staff
• › Post false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• › Attempt to transact off-platform to circumvent fees or protections
• › Use the Platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities
• › Upload offensive, harmful, or illegal content

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension.

10. Reviews & Content

You may post reviews and ratings for services received through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant RIZZerv:

• › A non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and promote the content
• › The right to moderate or remove content that violates our guidelines

Fake, defamatory, or malicious reviews may be removed without notice.

11. Third-Party Services

RIZZerv integrates with third-party services to power the Platform, including payment gateways, maps and location services, and push notifications. RIZZerv is not liable for any failures, outages, or errors caused by these third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RIZZerv is not liable for:

• › The quality, safety, or outcomes of services provided by Service Providers
• › Provider behaviour, negligence, or misconduct
• › Cancellations initiated by Service Providers
• › Allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse health outcomes
• › Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind

In any event, RIZZerv’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RIZZerv and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• › Your misuse of the Platform
• › Your violation of these Terms
• › Any disputes between you and a Service Provider

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the RIZZerv logo, design, text, graphics, and features — is the exclusive property of RIZZerv Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

15. Privacy

Your personal data is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as described therein.

16. Suspension & Termination

RIZZerv may suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, for:

• › Fraud or dishonest activity
• › Repeated cancellations or no-shows
• › Abusive behaviour toward providers or staff
• › Any material violation of these Terms

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or by updating the Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
