You can cancel or reschedule any upcoming appointment directly from the 'My Bookings' section in the Rizzerv app. Cancellation policies may vary by salon.

Please email us at hello@rizzerv.com with your booking details and transaction ID. We'll investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
How do I request deletion of my account and data?
